The IMEB Board of Directors may decide upon the permanent withdrawal of the accreditation once such circumstances have been verified.

IMEB may conduct the disciplinary process in any of these languages, taking into account the circumstances of the case and the languages reasonably understood by the parties involved.

Where documents are submitted in a language different from that used for the proceedings, the Disciplinary Committee may require a translation where this is necessary for the proper assessment of the matter.

In exceptional cases involving serious misconduct, where IMEB is required or considers it appropriate to refer the matter to the competent judicial, regulatory, or other public authorities in Spain and/or Portugal, IMEB may require the provision of an official or certified translation into the language required by the relevant authority. Any such translation shall form part of the official record for the purposes of that referral.
