Iberian Mining Investment Forum (FIIM 2026) - Workshop on project financing mechanisms
On May 11 and 12, the Iberian Mining Investment Forum (FIIM 2026) will take place—a workshop on financing mechanisms for mineral raw materials projects and their value chain. This free event is jointly organized by the Spanish Confederation of Mineral Raw Materials Industries (PRIMIGEA), the MINERGIA Foundation, the Official College of Mining Engineers of Central Spain (COIMCE), the Iberian Mining Engineers Committee for the Declaration of Mineral Resources and Reserves (IMEB), the Spanish Group of Strategic / Critical Raw Materials (GEMPEC), and the Association for Energy Transition (ATE).
Workshop objectives:
- To present the different existing financing mechanisms for the entire value chain of the mineral raw materials (MRM) industry: exploration, extraction, processing, and manufacturing of intermediate and final products.
- To connect promoters of Iberian mining projects with public and private strategic investors in the sector, creating a space for dialogue, visibility, and business opportunities.

- Entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals from the mineral raw materials industry and its value chains
- Financial advisors and public/private investors
- Mineral raw materials projects (mines and value chain)
- Representatives of public administrations and bodies, regional administration competent in Industry and Mining
